Terms of Service

Effective September 25, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Post Show Food (“we”, “us”) about your use of postshowfood.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, including through a tour’s crew link, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. What the Service is

Post Show Food helps touring organizers collect food orders and bus stock requests from their crew, organize them by bus and restaurant, and print lists and labels. We don’t sell, prepare, deliver or pay for food or supplies. Orders are placed with restaurants and stores by organizers themselves, and we aren’t a party to those purchases.

2. Accounts

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you and your crew add to the Service, such as tour details, menu photos, names and orders (“Content”). You give us permission to store, display and process Content only as needed to run the Service for you. You’re responsible for having the right to upload what you add, including menu photos. If you share crew links, you’re responsible for letting your crew know their name and order will be shared with your tour’s team.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may remove content or suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the Service or others at risk.

5. Price

The Service is currently free. We may offer paid features or plans in the future. If we do, we’ll tell you the price and terms before you’re charged anything, and you’ll never be charged without agreeing first.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or that information will never be lost. Please keep your own copies of anything critical; the Service lets you download spreadsheets of orders and lists. We may change, add or remove features, or stop offering the Service. If we plan to shut it down, we’ll try to give reasonable notice so you can download your information.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We aren’t responsible for the accuracy of orders entered by crew, for food allergies or dietary needs, for missed or incorrect orders, or for anything provided by restaurants, stores or other third parties. Always confirm allergies and dietary needs directly with the person and the restaurant.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Post Show Food won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50.

10. Indemnity

If your Content or your use of the Service breaks these terms or the law and leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover reasonable costs we incur as a result, to the extent allowed by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make meaningful changes, we’ll update this page and its effective date. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
