This policy explains how Post Show Food (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use postshowfood.com (the “Service”). Post Show Food is a free tool that helps touring organizers collect post-show food orders and bus stock requests from their crew.
Organizer accounts. When you create an account we collect your name and email address. If you sign up with a password, we store only a securely scrambled (hashed) version of it, never the password itself. If you use “Continue with Google,” Google shares your name, email address and a Google account ID with us. We don’t get access to your Gmail, contacts, files or anything else in your Google account.
Tour information. Organizers add information to run their tours, such as tour and bus names, restaurant names, menu photos, color settings, and the names and email addresses of team members they invite.
Crew submissions. Crew members don’t need an account. When they use a tour’s link, they enter a name, their bus, and their food order or bus stock request. That’s shared with the tour’s organizers so they can place orders and label them.
Technical information. Like most websites, our servers briefly process your IP address and basic browser information to deliver pages, keep the Service secure and prevent abuse (for example, limiting repeated login attempts).
We use one essential cookie to keep organizers logged in, plus a short-lived cookie during Google sign-in for security. We don’t use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
On crew members’ phones, the Service saves a few things in the browser’s own storage for convenience, such as their name, bus, and a private code that lets them edit their own order. This stays on their device.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the Service. They process information only on our behalf:
We may also share information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users or the Service.
We keep account and tour information for as long as the account or tour exists. Organizers can delete individual orders, past shopping lists or whole tours at any time. When you delete your account, your personal information is removed, and so are tours where you were the only member. Tours shared with others stay with the remaining team. Deleted information may remain in routine backups for a short time before being overwritten.
You can view and update your name and password in your account settings, and delete your account from the same page. Crew members who want their name or order removed can ask their tour’s organizer, or contact us. For anything else, including a copy of your information, email us at [email protected].
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, private links with unguessable codes, and access controls that keep each tour’s information separate. No online service can be perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
The Service is intended for touring professionals and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
The Service is operated from, and intended for use in, the United States. Information is stored and processed in the United States.
If we make meaningful changes, we’ll update this page and its effective date. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
